Guidelines for Bridge Life Master Table Mentoring

a.   There will be a Life Master (or higher designation) at each of the tables, playing North, serving as the Table Mentor. The Table Mentor will lead the discussions, answer questions, and pose questions.
b.   Each of the Life Master Table Mentors will invite someone to play as her/his Mentee, and will sign up their pair with Brenda.  This Mentee may be a regular partner of the Table Mentor, provided this partner is not also a Life Master. Life Masters may NOT play together in a Mentoring game.
c.   All other players who are NOT both Life Masters, may sign up to play E/W including regular partners.

*Please sign up in pairs. If needed, we will try to find you a partner.

*As previously, M&M games will consist of 9 rounds of 2 boards, with discussions/questions after each board, led by the Table Mentor, with everyone encouraged to participate.

*The field will be limited to 17 tables - or 68 players...First-come, first served -

* The field will continue to be stratified, by the player with the higher masterpoints per pair...and Table Assignments will be made prior to the game.

SWISS TEAMS SPECIAL GAME ACTIVITY:
     (Last Sunday, 1:00 PM)
        June 30   July 28   August 25   September 29
Please mark your calendars and put a team together!

The format is “Eight is enough”  which evens out the experience and strength factor among teams and therefore makes a more competitive fun event.

It works this way:

1 point             players with fewer than 100 masterpoints
2 points            players with fewer than 300 masterpoints
3 points            players with over 300 masterpoints
You can do any combination as long as your team doesn’t have more than 8 total points.
