Fitness General Information

The fitness center staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of health and fitness services available.  Each member is encouraged to schedule a complimentary orientation with one of our personal trainers prior to the use of the facility.    Use of fitness equipment in other facilities may seem similar, however, there are a few features unique to the Technogym® equipment that Members need to be aware of.  Participation in an orientation takes only 45 minutes and will ensure safe usage of the equipment and prevent injury.  If you have not yet scheduled your orientation, please click here to arrange a convenient time with a staff member.  The facility is open from 7:00am to 5:00pm 365 days a year.

A variety of group based exercise classes will be offered this season. Sign-up sheets are available in the fitness center. Fees for these classes will be $8 per member per class, and $10 per guest per class.
