Fitness Classes

Fitness classes offered through the fitness center are fee-based classes.

Classes are $8.00 for members and $10.00 for guests. Packages are available as a series of 10 sessions for $72. These sessions may be used for 'ANY' exercise class during the season.  Fitness classes are offered during the months of May through October.

Water Aerobics

A pool-based class that is low impact that includes the use of pool noodles and water weights to help build strength and cardio endurance. This class is great for anyone but can be very beneficial for people with joint problems/restrictions, chronic pain or recovering from injury. This class is led by Kathy and will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:30am.


A class that combines movements from several different styles of yoga that will lead you through specific positions to allow for optimal fitness, flexibility and to improve breathing and relaxation of your mind. This class is offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00am. Susan will lead Monday classes and Kristin will teach on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Spin, Strength & Stretch

This class uses spin bikes and will focus on endurance, strength and interval training to build your cardio endurance and total body strength. This class is led by Onifer and will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15am. This class will be offered until the fitness center is allowed to open back up. When the fitness center is available to open back up this class will change to Ball, Balance & Beyond.

Ball, Ballance & Beyond

This class combines the use of exercise balls and hand weights to build overall body strength and endurance, improve bone health and challenge balance and proprioception. This class is a great total body workout and will be taught by Onifer on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:15.

Total Body Conditioning

This class will use both your own body weight and hand weights to help build bone and muscle strength as well as incorporate movements to challenge cardio endurance. This class will work on upper and lower body conditioning as well as improve core strength. This class will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am with Susan teaching Tuesday's class and Kristin instructing on Thursdays.
